Our offering is not an official Minecraft product and we are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

(1) General

a) By using any of our services, you agree to the terms listed here.

(2) Access Conditions

a) A Microsoft account with access to Minecraft Java Edition (hereinafter referred to as “Minecraft account” or “account”) is required to access the Minecraft server network provided by us.

b) The account holder is responsible for ensuring that any person with access to this account is aware of and complies with the content of these terms.

c) If the account holder has been banned from using our services, they are not permitted to continue using our services with another account. We reserve the right to also exclude accounts suspected of being used for such circumvention.

(3) Purchase Requirements

a) To purchase one of our products, customers must be of legal age or have the express consent of a person with parental responsibility. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly confirms this.

b) The customer is obliged to ensure before completing a purchase that they have access to our server network and are able to play on it. The necessary requirements for this must be established by the customer themselves.

(4) Description of Services and Availability

a) By purchasing one of our products (e.g., ranks, boosters, level packages), the customer acquires a license to use digital goods provided by us.

b) These digital goods are usually made available within 24 hours of purchase. They are bound to the Minecraft account specified during purchase and cannot be transferred to another account.

c) A detailed description of each item is provided at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to change individual components (e.g., colors in the tab list) without requiring the customer's explicit consent.

d) If a duration was specified at the time of purchase, we are entitled to remove the associated benefits from the relevant account once that time period expires. If a duration is described as “permanent” or similar, this means the duration lasts as long as the client network exists and the relevant content remains part of our gameplay concept.

e) If there is a violation of these terms of use or a deletion of stored data is requested by the customer, any access to purchased content may be revoked.

f) We make every effort to keep our services available at all times. However, due to the complexity of our systems and unforeseen events, we cannot guarantee this. In such cases, access to purchased content may be temporarily unavailable.

(5) Purchase and Delivery of Digital Goods

a) The sole distribution partner for digital goods provided by us is Tebex Limited, United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as “Tebex”).

b) In the event of a purchase, the purchase contract is concluded exclusively between the customer and Tebex, according to the terms and conditions and privacy policy published by Tebex. For support regarding the shop and payment processing, please contact Tebex; for support regarding the acquired content, please contact us.

c) If a purchase is made, Tebex informs us of the Minecraft account specified during the purchase process, and we assign the purchased digital goods to that account.

(6) Cancellation Conditions

a) The services provided through a purchase are considered fulfilled at the moment the digital goods are credited to the account specified in the purchase process—not when a potential benefit period ends.

b) The digital goods provided by us cannot be returned, canceled, or transferred to other users.

(7) Changes

a) We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, provided the customer consents and the changes are reasonable, taking into account the interests of both parties.

b) Consent is considered given if the customer does not object within one month of being informed of the changes.

c) If the customer objects to the changes, we reserve the right to exclude them from using our services.

(8) Privacy Policy and Server Rules

a) In addition to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy applies to access and use of the client network provided by us.
